Suisse de naissance, né d’un père iranien, Iradj se forme à la course auto en débutant par la F. Ford en 1995 dont il devient champion de Suisse en 1996. Il passe par la France en 1998 en F3, puis s’envole pour les Etats-Unis en Indylight l’année suivante. Revenu en Europe il devient un concurrent en endurance GT sur Ferrari, Viper et Lister. Il est aussi l’un des test-driver pour Maserati et la MC12
